Over a hundred women come to our Academy every week to become stronger, fitter, and more confident. Work out in a safe and friendly environment with World Class Instruction. Sweat, learn kickboxing, develop your mind and body, decrease your stress, and burn up to 800 calories – all at the same time! 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Designed for women of all skill levels, age 13 and above, you’ll experience an all-body workout.  It is more than just a cardio class - you learn the most effective martial art techniques while pushing yourself to shed pounds, build strength, improve mental clarity, and feel amazing! This exciting and progressive program can be done at your own pace, while providing a full body workout (abs, legs, chest, shoulders, back, and arms). Most of our classes are done with partners using pads, targets & bags.

TAILORED TRAINING

Our trainers will work with you to understand exactly what you want to achieve, whether it’s general fitness. improved mobility, weight loss, or self-defence. Our coaches tailor your training to keep workouts fun, different, and goal-oriented.
